The SPRO Spin John 80 is a 3.14 inch, 5/16 ounce hard finesse propeller lure (aka spybait) designed by B.A.S.S. Elite Series Angler John Crews. The Spin John 80 comes with swivels incorporated into the line tie and the back-hook hanger. These swivels help the bait rock back and forth on as it falls through the water column. Additionally, the rear swivel makes it harder for a fish to get leverage on the bait and throw the hook out of its mouth.

The Spin John 80 also has a special "chin" underneath the bait that increases the water resistance on the body of the bait that causes the bait to rock back and forth on the retrieve.
