Return Policy

30 Return Policy

With Original Receipt: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt, be new & unused, in the original packaging, with all accompanying manuals and accessories, with tags attached to receive a full refund. A form of personal identification may be required.

After 30 Days or No Receipt: Refunds and exchanges desired will be processed on an inspection basis only. Items may be exchanged for the same product or returned at the lowest sale price in the form of a gift card.

Frank's Great Outdoors reserves the right to limit and or refuse any return with or without a store receipt.

Store refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchases.

Credit Card Purchases:Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.

Frank's Gift Card Purchases: Your refund will be issued in the form of a Frank's Gift card good for purchases made at Frank's Great Outdoors.

Gift Recipients: Your refund will be issued as a Frank's Gift Card.

Checks: There will be a 14-day waiting period before you can return any products. After then your refund will be given back as cash.

Restocking Fees: All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Firearms, Ammunition, Powders & Primers cannot be returned due to Federal Laws. ALL SALES FINAL

Discounts or promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.

Holiday or Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Will be refunded at the current clearance price.

Certain Items: May not be returned for a refund, once the sale is made due to the policy from the manufacturer. A store credit in the form of a Gift Card or in exchange for the same or similar model will be issued. Items include: Augers, Kayaks & Canoes

We reserve the right to change or alter any or all of our policies at our discretion without notice. However, if any changes are made they will be clearly noted.
