Backwoods™ Jerky Seasonings have been delighting customers since 1991. We make it simple with our easy to follow instructions and pre-measured cure in every package. Marinate strips or mix with ground meat and use with our famous Jerky Cannon # 468! For wild game and domestic meat.

Jerky Making, Deliciously Simple!

We make jerky the easiest way: with the LEM Cannon # 468 or Gun # 555. You can also cut (with the grain) and marinate the meat, placing the cut meat on the LEM Rack & Pan # 407.

Cook at low heat in your oven or in an LEM Dehydrator. Don't worry - the Cure (included with LEM Seasonings) makes cooking at low temps safe while adding color and flavor.

Freeze homemade jerky after 2 weeks, as there are no chemicals or preservatives - which is why we always make our own!
