Hunter's Blend is a special combination of seasonings that feature garlic, pepper, a hint of hickory and finishing with some heat. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat. Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm collagen casings.
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractives, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Contains wheat. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
