It began in Berkeley, California, in 2003. After adopting her daughter from Japan, new mother Sharon Eisenhauer couldn’t find a diaper bag that fit her personal style. Undaunted, creative, and handy with a sewing machine, she prototyped her own and Haiku was born. Now headquartered in Seattle, we're still women owned and led, and every product we make is designed to support active women in living their fullest lives.
We believe in empowering the next generation of women and are a proud sponsor of Girls on the Run of Puget Sound. GOTR is the coolest after-school program on the planet, with a curriculum that combines running with important lessons on positive communication, self-esteem, anti-bullying, and general life skills.
