The "Board Clip" is 2 clips in 1. It replaces Church Tackle's old models: the Adjustable Flex Clip and the Vise Clip. With the new Board Clip you can switch to whichever setup you prefer quickly and easily! If you prefer to set your clip for release when a fish is caught, you can easily set it up as an Adjustable Flex Clip. If no release is your choice set your clip as a Vise Clip, then you never have to worry about another false release because the line is always pulling into the clip, making it practically impossible to have an accidental release.
Both setups are line friendly. They won't cause damage to your line, yet allow for a one-handed release. The Board Clip is made of glass-filled super tough nylon that will revert to its original shape if dropped or stepped on. Replaceable pads are designed to hold ultra thin braids, lead core and monofilament lines.

0 people found this helpfulI have purchased several Church Tackle Co. Products from Franks Great Outdoors this Spring, and without fail these products have produced fish for us. From their planer boards, to their stern (Ice crème cone) planer we have caught Walleyes and Trout on all of them. One recommendation I do have is to upgrade the clip on any planer boards that you may have with their tattle flags, to their lock style clip. It will hold the line better. We run the boards with the tattle flags furthest out from the boat, and use the boards without tattle flags nearest to the boat. Keep up the good work. High praise for your quick shipping to Montana as well!!
