The Synergy LTE (3" shorter than the Synergy LT) was designed with shorter torsos in mind so it carries comfortably whether you're headed to the airport or the trail for the day. With 2400 cubic inches of space, the Synergy LTE works great as a carry-on when you're carrying your laptop (there's even a padded laptop pocket), files, books, and other gadgets. It's also big enough to carry your food for the day, extra rain gear, first aid kit, and other necessities when you're headed to the great outdoors. To help keep your gear organized, there's a large zippered front pocket, a "hidden" zippered map pocket, zippered side pockets, and lower mesh water bottle pockets. The lashing straps on the bottom and sides are great if you don't want to take up room in your pack for your jacket -- you can secure it to the outside instead. There's a center aluminum frame stay and padded waist belt to help the pack carry comfortably all day long. This pack really is the perfect size to throw on your back when you won't be away from home long and need a reliable pack.
